RAL Picker — Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the RAL Picker mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Kavela grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any compatible device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the rules of use applicable to the App Store.

3. Subscriptions — Pro Monthly

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription called "RAL Picker Pro Monthly":

• Title: RAL Picker Pro Monthly
• Length: 1 month (auto-renewing)
• Price: The current price is shown on the in-app purchase screen and on the App Store product page, in your local currency.
• Free trial: A 14-day free trial may be offered to first-time subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
• Auto-renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period and at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing or canceling: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Uninstalling the App alone does not cancel an active subscription.

4. Lifetime Purchase

The App also offers a one-time non-consumable purchase, "RAL Picker Pro Lifetime". This is not a subscription; it provides ongoing access to Pro features for the same Apple ID on the same App Store storefront, subject to Apple's restore-purchase mechanism.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Kavela cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

6. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property are owned by Kavela. RAL® is a registered trademark of RAL gGmbH, used here for color reference only; Kavela is not affiliated with or endorsed by RAL gGmbH.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Color matching results are approximations intended for guidance only and should be verified physically for production use. Kavela does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavela's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

Kavela may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent required by local consumer protection rules; otherwise, by the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Apple Standard EULA

To the extent these Terms differ from Apple's Standard EULA available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, these Terms supersede the Standard EULA solely for the App and its in-app purchases.

13. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
